Your first visit with Dr. Scander includes:

  • A review of your complete dental and medical history.
  • Complete X-ray of your mouth.
  • An oral exam
    Dr. Scander will examine your teeth for any cavities or tooth decay gums and the oral cavity.
  • Treatment Plan
    Dr. Scander will give you detailed information about any dental treatments you or your child may need.
  • A dental cleaning

What do I need to bring with me to my first office visit?

  • Your completed Health History Forms
  • Your insurance card

How often do I need a check-up and cleaning?

The American Dental Association recommends that you, and your child, visit the dentist every six months for regular checkups and routine teeth cleanings to maintain a healthy bright smile!

What if my last check-up was more than 6 months ago?

We understand that you might forget to schedule your check-up appointments. We are here to help! We will never judge you, we are here to help you achieve a healthy bright smile.
